Heavy weight and out of gauge cargo
Traffic cargoes are those have more weight and dimensions than standard cargo vehicles. The movement of vehicles whose dimensions and weights exceed at least one of the standard dimensions or weights without load or after loading cargo is subject to the provisions of the traffic instructions and a transit permit must be issued for their movement. Out of Gauge (OOG) cargo is any cargo that cannot be loaded into six-sided shipping containers simply because it is too large.
